Welcome to South of the Border chapter of Muskies Inc.

A LITTLE BIT ABOUT THE SOB's
South of the Border is a chapter of Muskies Inc. out of Antioch, IL.  We hold general meetings on the third Wednesday of every month starting at 7:30pm from October through April at the Moose Lodge on Rt. 173 in Antioch, IL.  All meetings are open to the public and include a guest speaker,  raffle,  food & a cash bar.  There is a $10.00 door charge with a speaker or $7 with no speaker to help cover expenses.  From May through September we have outings on the Chain 'O' Lakes out of the Thirsty Turtle off of Rt. 173 on Lake Av. in Antioch, IL.  Outing hours are from 5:00pm ‘til dark then beverages and fish tales back at the Turtle.  All members and those thinking about joining are welcome to attend, if you don't have a boat, don't worry, we will be able to partner you up with someone who does.  If you have any questions or need further directions please call 815-385-9026 or 847-343-7221.  Board meetings are held at the Thirsty Turtle at 7:00pm on the first Wednesday of the month, all club members are welcome to attend.

Monthly Meeting Info:

Monthly Meetings from May thru September are held on the water on the 3rd Wednesday of the Month.  Check out the Outings Page for more information on dates and times.

Monthly Meetings from October thru April are held on the third Wednesday of the Month at the Moose Lodge in Antioch off of Rt. 173 at 7:30pm. There is a $10.00 door charge for Speakers or $7 with no Speaker, which covers dinner and a door prize raffle. We also have Guest Speakers and a raffle table.

Please submit any photos and stories or information about your trips or products that you would like to promote to info@www.muskiessob.com.  Remember this is your club, so take advantage of it.  We always need new stories about trips and fish caught for the website and newsletter.  Please send in photos of your catches also, you can send them to the email address above or mail them to the Release Chairman and he will scan them and return them back to you.
